Server tasks after removing LFS files #120

A few tasks have come up from our efforts to remove git LFS file tracking.

Copy LFS objects off the server (we realised this was perhaps the last place they still existed).
Reclone the repo in an appropriate place on the server.
Bring down the service, spin it back up from new clone, delete old clone with LFS data.
