Currently, we need to manually synchronize relevant files in ukf-meta into the ukf-meta-prod overlay within ukf-testbed. The process for doing this should be documented on a Wiki page.

I think this will land on https://github.com/ukf/ukf-testbed/wiki/Adding-new-checking-rulesets
