The Open Source Initiative's definition of open source states that open source software must allow:
Redistribution without any restrictions (both in binary form and source code),
Both commercial or non-commercial use, and
Derived works to exist under the same terms as the original open source work.
Your current license does not meet any of these conditions and therefore this software is not open source. The current description of the project is misleading. Simply making the source code available does not make your program open source.
Furthermore, it isn't fair to ask for contributions to a program with such a restrictive license.

What's your use case of Dig3st ? I know i am very strict on license because similar AI stuff for example Write Now is not open-source they only have free versions. Lastly, I'll say it again: contributions are optional. No one is forcing you to contribute. You can fork, modify, and use it as it is stated in the license.
(I couldn't reopen #1 for some reason?)
