`light-dark()` broken on the web.

What happened?

light-dark is not working on the web in what looks like an incomplete application of lightningcss' light-dark polyfill as both --lightningcss-light and --lightningcss-dark are not defined.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new project using the Better T Stack or Expo example.
2. add a color token or custom class that uses light-dak()
3. Use the token/class
4. Run on the web

Hi, we're not applying any polyfill

Looks like it's expo's default lightningcss config applies such polyfill

Adding:

:root {
  color-scheme: light dark;
}

Seems to fix the polyfill, or you can try updating browsersList so lightningcss doesnt apply such patch
