Unwind PRO RC 3 does not bundle web

What happened?

iOS and Android works fine but web does not bundle, seems to be pro-rc3 only 1.4.0 and pro-rc2 unwind seems to work fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start dev server
2. Visit localhost:8081
3. Bundling failes with below error
