Uniwind Pro: Allow my coworkers to install the app

What happened?

The pricing options suggest that I can pay for 2 seats to get a team license, which is what I wanted: plug Uniwind pro to 2 repositories instead of 2 developers (they come and go).
The console seemed to allow me to do so:

So I though any of our developers could install our backstage app locally.

Unfortunately, they are denied (Access denied: You don't have permission to install this package.)

We can't spend much more than two seats on this software, otherwise we will just switch back to the free version.

My colleague @pierrebrtr told me you guys discussed licenses: is there any other way to make this work?

Who are the coworkers?

Each seat gives a user access to an unlimited number of projects, and the Team license lifts the download limit from the Individual license and authorizes via product name.

If your coworkers are testers or other non-technical users, we can discuss possible options to make it work. However, if they are developers, sharing access would be against our policy.

As a team, you can build an unlimited number of products and projects, but each user is authorized via their own GitHub token. It is not possible to share authorization with users who are not assigned a seat in the panel.

For larger teams, we offer prorated discounts for additional seats, so you will not end up paying $1,000 for a bunch of licenses for single product. I would prefer to discuss this privately rather than in a public issue. Please contact me on X or via the support email.

Also then I don't understand the point of the "team license"?

Each license has a limit (e.g., 300 downloads/month).

A Team license is shared across all seats, and developers don’t consume quota from their individual subscriptions when working on team projects.

Scenario:

Dev A works on 3 personal projects and 2 team-licensed projects.

Download limits for the team projects are covered by the Team license
