Currently, users must manually create multiple permissions one by one in the dashboard. It would be helpful to allow bulk creation using a file or JSON input.

Describe the solution

Implement a feature that allows users to upload a file (e.g., CSV or JSON) containing permission details, or paste JSON data directly into the dashboard. The system would then create all the permissions in one click, streamlining the process and reducing manual input.
