Description

Currently, new members aren't automatically added to Titan. Because of the synchronization overhead and the fact that WCF is still the source of truth, we should research adding some sort of hook in WCF to create a Titan user for the time being.

Requirements/Expected Behavior

  • Users added to the =US= Members user group in WCF get a user for Titan created that corresponds to the proper WCF user
  • This is likely to be done inside of WCF via a plugin (perhaps an extension of our ACL plugin)

Notes:

  • In the future, this behavior would likely invert and a Titan user creation would spawn a WCF user creation.
