feat: update Nuxt configuration and enhance deployment scripts

- Removed nuxt-custom-elements module from package.json and adjusted Nuxt config to use static preset for nitro.
- Added a new script (clean-unraid.sh) for cleaning deployed files on Unraid servers, including backup and cleanup of auth-request.php.
- Updated deploy-dev.sh to streamline the backup process for auth-request.php, ensuring robust handling of file updates.
- Enhanced the development server configuration for improved asset management and deployment processes.
