refactor: remove Libvirt CI workflow and Sonner CSS

- Deleted the Libvirt testing workflow from GitHub Actions.
- Removed the Sonner CSS file and its import from the shared CSS index, streamlining the styling process.
- Updated the Vite configuration to include new dependencies for improved functionality.
- Enhanced the UnraidToaster component to accept a theme prop, allowing for better theme management.
- Adjusted the component registry to statically import the UnraidToaster for consistent styling.
