Describe the bug
When the user tries to edit their activity, the materials used field is empty even if the user created the activity with content in this field.

To Reproduce

1. Visit /activities/create
2. Create an activity and fill in the materials used field
3. Click 'edit activity'
4. See empty field

Expected behavior
The field should initialize with the value for that activity.
