Disable Vibration on Host Device in Container settings

If playing on a tablet or similar there may be a need to disable the tablet's vibration motor for the game but keep vibration in attached controllers.

I don't know how possible it is but when playing a game I noticed an annoying buzzing noise due to my tablet's haptic feedback triggering with the game which would be fine if I was using screen controls but makes no sense otherwise.
