[Bug]: CS2 not starting

Describe the bug

I added CS2 as a third-party game (my internet connection is too slow for downloading). When I launch it, I get NoSteamClient023. I don't know if this is a bug, but it's definitely an error.

Steps to reproduce

Idk, But I enabled everything related to Steam in the settings.

Expected behavior

The game will start.

Additional Information

Adding a third-party game from Steam: uploading third-party files to Steam's common folder, and Steam will verify that the game is installed. Or, you can stream it locally over Wi-Fi (Steam can do this).
