On ticket view page: Here ticket thread #id should be added a link on both customer and admin panel

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Login with Cs-cart admin panel, clicks on any ticket here ticket thread showing a thread #id but this is not able to clickable and link added like uvdesk:

On CS-cart Admin side:

On CS-cart customer side:

Possible Solution:

On Saas Uvdesk admin side:

After click on thread id:
