Description
In CS-Cart Helpdesk, the app shows disabled ticket types and also does not show all tickets type on the customer side
Issue 1:
Step 1: Go to the admin saas panel and create disable ticket type
Step 2: Now go to CS-Cart customer panel and here create a ticket and click on the ticket type option here showing disabled ticket type and also not showing all ticket types in the list:
Issue 2:
On the admin side:
Go to the admin side and click on the view button for ticket view:
Click on the agent assign option and here not show all agent names (not scrolling agent names):
