On CS-Cart admin panel: When agent assigned from saas uvdesk so in ticket view page agent assigned name not showing
How to Reproduce:
Step 1: Login with Cs-cart admin panel
Step 2: Now open the ticket, In ticket list page agent assign name showing:
But after click on view button, agent name not showing on ticket view page on admin panel:
On Customer panel:
Possible Solution:
If agent assign in the ticket so agent name should be shown on ticket view page on both admin and customer panel also
