On opencart helpdesk admin panel not showing all labels on ticket list page

How to reproduce:

Step 1: Login with opencart admin panel

Step 2: Now click on uvdesk module and here in labels option showing only on created labels:

Step 3: Now check on ticket view page when clicks on view button for ticket view, and here showing all labels:

Possible Solution:

If we showing ticket list page so here should be shown all labels like ticket view page
