Rejected changes in `git-push-action`

git-push-action updates the origin with new plots. If we try to rerun the same workflow, we will run into a rejected new push, since the rerun does not checkout the repo again. 

Potential Solutions:
* we can integrate a pull step within the workflow
* we can locally pull the changes and add some new change to trigger a new workflow
