[Feature Request] Equicord and documentation update (CROSSPOST)

As in uwu/sheltupdate, both 4 and 5.

I don't actually know if the crosspost may help (possibly notificating discord for proper seeing it), but, as we've talked before about this possibility, since someone already did it (Thanks @Ran-Mewo), it's possible to implement it using his reference (close to vencord files already available but adapted for equicord). This request is in number 4.

However, both README section in /sheltupdate and shelter website are lacking new information from branch availability. Could it be possible to upgrade both as requested in 5?

sheltupdate support for other mods is not relevant to the shelter mod itself. not relevant in this repo.
