Time option for status bar

Hi,

I love the firmware and it's made my device much more enjoyable, thank you for your efforts!

It would be lovely if in Settings > Reader > Customise status bar > Title there would be an option of "Timer". I see how wall clock time could be bad for battery life and this is more than I'd need, personally. Since the 'current session time' is being tracked already, this would be great to be able to keep an eye on without having to grab my phone! Only updating it on page switch would be more than good enough I think.

I'd be happy to think along with any problems you see!

Hi, are you talking about a clock or a timer? If you're talking about a clock, then the X3 has a real-time clock module and can already show the clock while the X4 doesn't and can't show a clock without manually syncing every day.

Hi, I have an X4. I was thinking more of a semi-live view of the current session time, so more of a counting-up timer.
