Link to 2.10 on web page

It looks like version 2.10 was released almost four years ago yet the web page still links to version 2.9. Any particular reason why that hasn't been updated?

Stupidity & inattention I think! Thank you for pointing it out.

The 2.10 release came at what you might call "a difficult time", and I've simply never noticed the omission since then. This stuff definitely needs to happen through links to CI-derived release artifacts without needing manual page updates (see e.g. https://github.com/orgs/vamp-plugins/discussions/1 for other notes on Things to be Done).

I've updated the page in the repo (https://github.com/vamp-plugins/vamp-static-site) and the live site should update later today.
