DBSCAN error #1
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in doCluster function: the clusterId is not set correctly
2. in the expandCluster function: the pointNumber is not in the seeds
3. therefore the pointNumber may not be set to any clusterId (still
UNCLASSIFIED)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
