What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to UserCP
2. Choose Edit Options
3. Change something or just save your preferences.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Language file is not found and default language file (English) is selected. 
Cannot change language.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
