Feature: bring double entry system

Accounting is more than just invoices and banks. We need double entry system, journal entries.

These are essential to maintain proper books of accounts.

If this was implemented I would prefer it be optional, there are already many double entry systems out there, including self hosted ones. It's nice to have a simpler option.

Analysis

Implementing a full double-entry bookkeeping system would be a significant architectural change. Current TaxHacker is designed as a simple transaction tracker rather than a full accounting system.

What Double Entry Requires

1. Chart of Accounts - Asset, Liability, Equity, Income, Expense accounts
2. Journal Entries - Each transaction creates debit/credit entries
3. Account Balancing - Assets = Liabilities + Equity
4. Financial Statements - Balance sheet, P&L, Trial Balance

Alternatives

If full accounting is needed, consider:

• Exporting TaxHacker data to accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Wave)
• Using TaxHacker alongside an accounting app
• Using the CSV export feature to import into accounting software

If Implemented

This would essentially transform TaxHacker into a different product - more like a mini-ERP than a document/invoice tracker. It's a valid direction but would require significant planning and development effort.
