Lightweight option for MCP

[Feature request]:

MCP server has 29 tools (26 in single-bank mode).
// Not saying they are unnecessary.

But it would be nice to have an option to serve a lightweight version of it with only 3 tools core memory tools (retain, recall, reflect) available (or maybe 5-6 max).

Just a simple config option would be nice.

I just saw the Hindsight CLI tool which would provide the desired lightweight client.
