Chord plots glitch on Chrome

When viewing cell-cell communication summary chord plots on chrome, the entire page glitches. I have narrowed this down to the chord plots being in a scrollable view.

The temporary solution has been to remove the option to view summary data in the form of chord plots when using chrome.

A more permanent solution is needed to ensure chord plots may be viewed in chrome without causing too much pain for users. Ideas include moving the cci summary section to a modal when 'show chord plots' is selected, then moving it back out into the config pane again when chord plots are no longer in use.
