Error php artisan serve

I have an error when I tried to run the serve, the server ran but when going to localhost:8000 it returned an error that it could not find the login.
I followed the steps at https://laravel.com/docs/10.x/authentication
as indicated in the documentation which in turn indicates how to install
https://laravel.com/docs/10.x/starter-kits#laravel-breeze
However, when following those steps it still does not work, returning the error: Vite manifest not found at: \www\laravel-crm\public\build/manifest.json

Have you run npm run dev ?
