Update package to laravel 12

It is coming along, with Laravel 12 a lot of updates due to the new starter kits, so the new version 2 of this package has to be released to support it

@nathangoss It is still moving along, I will admit a little slow as there was some big projects taking up a lot of time in the past few months. However I promise it is coming! Projects I work on actually use the crm package, including V2 already. I just need to get it ready for release and a migration path from V1.

Hi, this package looks promising but I'd like to use it with Laravel 12--do you need help getting this up and running on Laravel 12?
@andrewdrake I will reach out via email so we can connect there if you are interested. I'm experienced and willing to put in some grunt work to get this working on L12 in the near future.
