For the GateKeeper and Polygon ID activities, we use the schema as a way to filter out the credentials in Data Request.
GateKeeper recently change their ID of the schema for the newly issued credentials, see #129
We should consider using the issuer and the type of credential instead of the schema.
Need to work out the filter/selector of the request though.
