Error messages should log their API source

I am getting the below error output and have no idea which API it comes from.

Failed to Failed to send multipart request. Received status [403]: Forbidden. Message:

Errors should log the source to identify if its OpenAI, Financial Datasets, Exa, etc.

I created PR to add source to the logs #115 although @emkman the error you are getting is from Langsmith, LangChain is trying to send trace data to LangSmith but getting a 403 Forbidden because the API key is
invalid.

Is LangSmith required? Documentation isn’t clear on that and the .env example should probably start with optional keys commented out.

I don't think so. I don't use it, agree it's not clear in the docs. If you set in the env LANGSMITH_TRACING=false the error won't show up.

No LangSmith is not required.
