how to stop inject css styles into html as style tags

hi
i use from nuxt 3 and composition api.
in nuxt.config.ts file , my vite config is :

when i use this config for vite, all css styles in whole project, moved into hashed separate css file
but my scoped styles inject into pages as style tags.
i want to disable inject style tags to html and all styles contained scoped and global css files
and i want import them as link tag
