Is there any way to make vitest support load https module?

For some older versions of Node, it should be possible via --experimental-network-imports, something like in this test:

But Node 22 already dropped this feature nodejs/node#53822, so it would now require custom node loader to work (or maybe with vite plugin, but I'm not actually familiar how to do that.)
