No matter what version Wowpatch is
The fully open flight options(AllFlightPaths) are all 1.12.1

Expected behavior

The flight route is version controlled

Steps to reproduce

1.Modify wowpatch=1
2.AllFlightPaths=1
3.Entering the game, you can fly to non-existent bird points

Flight paths are tied to client version since they come from dbc data.
