When using ".taxicheat on" command, Some races get wrong taxinodes.

Expected behavior

".taxicheat on" command goes well on all races.

Steps to reproduce

1.create a new character, select Gnome or Troll race
2.use command ".taxicheat on"
3.use command ".go creature id 3838" if Gnome, map 1 Kalimdor
4.use command ".go creature id 3310" if Troll, map 1 Kalimdor
5.select the taximaster, see the taximenu, the taxinodes are not only alliance but also horde
6.other races or map 0 Eastern Kingdoms can not reproduce
7.doesn't know if it can be reproduced on other language client
