Dealing with --isolatedDeclarations (since 2.2.4)

I have isolatedDeclarations set to true in my configuration, and since 2.2.4 the language server is reporting errors on defineProps and defineEmits usages. Any tips on how to deal with this? Or is this a bug? For now I'll separate my tsconfig.app.json in two to disable isolatedDeclarations in vue files specifically.

I'll try, it seems very difficult to isolate the root cause.

Managed to get a small reproduction, might not encompass all cases: #5219

Anyone who might run into this; as stated in the reproduction, explicitly define your slots with defineSlots and the errors should disappear.
