[Bug Report][3.7.9] Data Tables is not a part of scoped css

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.7.9
Vue Version: 3.5.13
Browsers: Chrome 132.0.0.0
OS: Mac OS 10.15.7

Steps to reproduce

Create a data-table and a scoped style block. Try to style the , , , or . Wont work.

Expected Behavior

Expected colors to change on scoped.

Actual Behavior

Colors only change when css is not scoped.
