`mcp`: support utxos

Bitcoin MCP already merged to main

We won't have utxo_* mcp calls, in scope of this task feel free to refer Claude Code to current btc tools and generate other utxo chains individual tools (litecoin_*, dogecoin_*, etc) and respect each chain specific / own lib.
