I don't see EPUB 3/4 being mentioned in the publishing roadmap currently. Is it useful to mention that?

You mean EPUB3 (EPUB4 will be the one we publish later, see my other comments).

Yes, I was actually wondering about that. However, there are two issues:

EPUB3's latest version is a member submission, ie, not in /TR. I know you guys are prepared for a WHATWG documents, but I was not sure whether any URL would work there.
EPUB3 consists of 4-5 documents, although there is an 'overview' one. I would probably put the overview reference only. I am not sure it would be of a great value to the WG, though; for many of them EPUB3 is their bread and butter anyway...
