In order to make the process of generating the tutorial more transparent, I have thought of using GitHub projects where different stages can be seen by everyone. I have started a test project in my own GitHub account that I want to get some feedback on before moving here. You can see it at https://github.com/users/egekorkan/projects/1/views/1. Ideally, for the videos and website, a single tutorial would have an issue per view (video and website) that is moved from left to right as each stage is completed. This makes it easier to collaborate since two people would not work on the same tutorial later on.
P.S. The reason it is not here already is that moving an item clutters an issue thread and we should not overuse it if we do not agree on how to use it at the moment.
