stopgap tm results to warp

I want to know how to translate the template match job results to warp and the subsequent process . Thanks for your help

If you have a corresponding TOMOMAN project, and if you have already generated a STOPGAP particle list from your template matching maps; you can use tomoman_export_warp functionality in TOMOMAN to create a warp project.

I can also definitely recommend using warptools (the linux version)., and I am ha[py to provide a tomoman_export_warptools module.
