Custom HtmlWriter for HtmlBlock

Hi team,
I've enhanced a bit HtmlBlock control to allow personalized html writers. I find very useful to feed html-xaml engine with custom html-tags so to show custom elements inside the rendered page.
I've modified just 2 files with a few lines and seems to work pretty well.
There are any guidelines to pull requests? for example should I use master or dev branch?

We don't have especial guidelines. You can create a PR against dev branch and I we can review, merge them and after, merge them to the master branch. What we don't know is when those changes would be included in futrure versions delivered thru Windows App Studio.
