Flux 2.7.0 Helmrelease namespace bump, breaks the Weave-gitops ui

Describe the bug

The UI cant resolve HelmReleases after the Flux 2.7.0 deprecation of the helm.toolkit.fluxcd.io/v2beta1 namespace.

Helmreleases are now namepaced in helm.toolkit.fluxcd.io/v2

Environment

• Weave-Gitops Version
  0.38 / helm chart version 4.0.36
• Flux Version
  2.7.0

I have also noticed this. It should be quite easy to fix, but our release process is currently broken....

Oh no. Are you a maintainer here ... anything I can do to help? Release process and tooling is part of what I work on as a freelancer. And I could see that the project needed contributors.

Not really. The issue has been fixed on the default branch, but we are still struggling with release automation.
