In Spring 2019, CS 3114, 12804_12805_12806, Project 4, kkharinni35, Submission 11:
The ZoltarTest failed with the error java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1
I've narrowed the issue down to a couple locations.
