@heiyeliuying 部分数据并没有和国家最新的行政区划进行同步，造成这个问题主要是直辖市过去是有县和区的区别，现在除重庆之外，其他直辖市的县已经全部升为区，见 release https://github.com/wecatch/china_regions/releases/tag/1.0
