Selecting all items and then clicking 'Remove Item' does not re-enable the 'Add Item' Button
Removing all items individually and then clicking 'Add Item' will create a new row, but will bring back an older item that was supposedly removed.

@lewisf Can you modify this issue to clarify "strange behavior"?

I updated the issue, I believe these bugs should be reproducible.
