Currently, there are no default external bindings. Users must specify the paths to external bindings configuration files (YAML or JSON) in order to use them.

Would we like to use some external bindings by default? If so, which ones? Here are our current configurations:

If we do this, we should probably provide a way to turn the feature off. (This is analogous to --no-stdlib.)
