Moderators should be able to ban from other people's threads #80

Currently moderators only have the ability to remove or edit posts. This means if someone is shitposting in general discussion or someone is spamming the forums, the posts need to be silently removed. This means nobody can learn from the mistakes of moderated retards!

In most cases moderators shouldn't be removing posts because censorship is bad, but public humiliation is GREAT! Because of that, moderators should be allowed to ban people from threads they didn't create
