Currently all links are stored as plaintext in the page content, only processed when a page is loaded. It would be nice instead if links were processed when a page is edited and stored in their own table. This would allow for more efficient detection of pages that exist vs those that don't ("redlinks") and allow for special sections like "pages that link here".
