@DeniseSl22, what is the MIM approach for post-translational modifications of proteins, like this in WP4673:

@egonw I discussed this with @fehrhart today. I would model it with "modification" MIM, from one protein to the other, and then add the basic arrow shape to the anchor for the metabolites.
Something like this, but then think of metabolites iso the POR-enzyme:
