Add BT information

Feature suggestion:
add api to query bluetooth/connection information such as connection status, BLE probes, mac addresses of sender and reciever and RSSI.

Something like GET /api/proxy/bluetooth

If someone wants to try it out, it's on my fork Lenart12/TeslaBleHttpProxy on branch main. Before compiling you need to replace vehicle-command with my version in go.mod:37 (https://github.com/Lenart12/vehicle-command)

I will wait on teslamotors/vehicle-command#353 before making a PR here.
